Programs, Grants and Information
Let's Play: Nickelodeon has partnered with the National PTA to get kids out to play! "Let's Play" will be awarding at least 20 prizes of $5000 each month through June 2006. The grants are randomly selected so the more entries the better. To get an entry form go to www.everythingnick.com. After your child has filled it out have them bring it to school and ask the principal, Mrs. Earl, to sign it during then mail it in. It's super easy to have your son or daughter fill out and gives them an opportunity to chat with the principal!

Disney Teacher Awards. Disney is accepting nominations for teachers who inspire a joy of learning in their students now through October 15th. The nomination process is super EASY. All you need to do is go to www.DisneyHand.com or call 1-877-282-8322. The website will ask for the name of the teacher, the school, the city and the state. It will ask for your relationship to the teacher (student or parent). It takes just a couple of minutes. From the nomination they will send a congratulatory letter to the teacher in November inviting them to submit an application.
